Dandelion Aid for Resilience & Empowerment (D.A.R.E) was founded by three Hong Kong-born individuals now residing in Canada — Giggs, Yan Yee, and Bonnie. Sharing the same vision, they are dedicated to easing the immediate challenges faced by newly arrived Hongkongers in Canada. The organization strives to provide timely and practical support so newcomers can settle with peace of mind, establish roots in their new home, and, in turn, contribute positively to society.
